After researching products, nutritional analysis by clinical nutritionists and market analysis by marketing, designers and photographers work in teams to design products and services that fit the product. We specialize in food-related fields such as UI/UX, packaging, print, and food content. It is the goal of the Kohl Design Center to make health delicious, beautiful, and easy to design, and to communicate it in a fun way.
Distribution centerKohl Fresh Centers produce safe, healthy food in HACCP-certified facilities. We find the freshest, most delicious, seasonal ingredients and produce them at their best. We are in charge of food safety-related areas such as R&D, production, quality maintenance, and hygiene management. We take responsibility for producing healthier and tastier products by conducting self-assessments such as hygiene assessment, quality assessment, and R&D assessment.
Distribution centerKohl Distribution Center works tirelessly to ensure that our customers receive safe and delicious products. Starting with the first early morning delivery service in Korea, we have designed the most optimal distribution logistics route to deliver our products to consumers without changing the taste from raw materials to finished products. Our goal is to provide consumers with fast and safe food through a proven distribution system in HACCP-certified facilities.
Food and Nutrition Design Research InstituteThe Food and Nutrition Design Lab analyzes foods and designs products with optimal nutritional ratios. Food experts such as clinical nutritionists and food development researchers are constantly striving to create healthy and delicious foods by selecting healthy ingredients and considering optimal recipes. We contribute to the healthy lives of consumers through nutritional design based on the principle of "mobilization of medicine" by understanding the effects of nutritional ingredients in food on various diseases.
